| Przyroda fascynuje mnie odkąd pamiętam. Będąc dzieckiem każdą chwilę spędzałem na łonie natury i w płynny sposób zwykłe spacery przeszły w wędrówki z aparatem w ręku. Tak naprawdę nigdy nie dorosłem, i nadal bawi mnie budowanie ukryć w lesie czy nad wodą. Jedyne co się zmieniło to, że nie muszę już pytać rodziców o zgodę, czy mogę w lesie zostać na noc. Swój sposób na życie oparłem o to, by samodzielnie tworzyć akcesoria dla fotografów przyrody, których nie było, kiedy sam zaczynałem i nigdy bym nie pomyślał, że stanie się to moim głównym zajęciem, obok warsztatów, gdzie mogę dzielić się wiedzą i doświadczeniem z innymi. Nadal nie gaśnie we mnie dziecięcy zachwyt, kiedy doświadczam czegoś nowego lub po długiej przerwie wracam do ulubionego tematu fotograficznego. Zdjęcia same w sobie już dawno przestały być celem. Mając aparat zawsze się staram uwiecznić chwilę jak najlepiej potrafię, ale oglądając się wstecz najważniejsza okazuje się być droga i wysiłek jaki włożyłem by tę chwilę zatrzymać w kadrze. Mimo że nie ma już białych plam na mapie wierze, że można odkrywać świat po swojemu i często wyważam otwarte drzwi chcąc samemu dotrzeć do celu i doświadczyć przygody w pełni. Moje motto brzmi: jeśli chcesz to znajdziesz sposób, a jeśli Ci się nie chce to znajdziesz powód. Ja zawsze szukam sposobu. | I have been fascinated by nature for as long as I can remember. As a child, I spent every moment surrounded by nature, and ordinary walks gradually evolved into hikes with a photo camera in my hand. Truth be told, I never really grew up, and I still enjoy constructing hideouts in the forest or by the water. The only thing that has changed is that I no longer have to ask my parents for permission to stay overnight in the woods. I based my lifestyle on creating accessories for nature photographers, something that didn’t exist when I was starting out. I would never have thought that this would become my main occupation, alongside workshops where I can share my knowledge and experience with others. I still feel childlike wonder when I experience something new or return to my favourite photographic subject after a long break. Photographs themselves have long ceased to be the objective. With my camera, I always try to capture the moment as best I can, but looking back, what turns out to be most important is the journey and the effort I put into capturing that moment in the frame. Although there are no longer any white spots on the map, I believe that you can explore the world in your own way; and I often reinvent the wheel in order to reach my destination independently and experience adventure to the fullest. My motto is: if you want something, you will find a way, and if you don’t want it, you will find a reason. I always look for the way. |
